My focus is using research and design to create ethical and equitable impact for people around the world. I previously led Design Research and Strategy at Highland, working with primarily mission-driven organizations striving to increase human flourishing. Before that, I worked in Design Research and Service Design at Fjord Chicago, helping legacy organizations find the intersection between business strategy and human insight.

I studied Cultural Anthropology and Creative Writing at Northwestern University before spending time learning full-stack design at Designation. When I’m not deep in fieldwork, I’m usually running, shooting street and lifestyle photography, or biking around Chicago.
